About Our Comfort Maintenance Service Agreements:
The preventative maintenance agreements offered by Allen's Next Level is a contract to service the unit(s) at your home or business two times a year to ensure your system is clean, healthy and running efficiently. Neglecting to monitor your heating and air conditioning system could result in costly repairs and an uncomfortable living/working environment. Your system has many wearable parts that with use and age require replacement to help eliminate major repairs. Dirt and neglect are the top causes of heating and cooling inefficiencies and failures.
Our hvac technicians will be out twice a year (spring and fall) to verify that your unit(s) will be able to withstand the temperatures and continue running as they should in the coming months. With our comfort maintenance service agreements, you receive a 15% discount on all service calls (parts and labor) during your agreement term. You will not be charged overtime rates or after-hour rates.
Our office staff will contact you to schedule a maintenance appointment during normal business hours. We also offer commercial refrigeration services agreements as well.
Residential Heating Systems:
- Clean and adjust automatic controls
- Clean gas burners
- Clean and inspect heat exchanger
- Adjust combustion for optimum fuel efficiency
- Inspect for combustion leaks and test for carbon monoxide
- Check blower integrity
- Check safety shut off response
- Inspect combustion venting operation
- Check and adjust thermostat and heat anticipator
- Clean and adjust pilot assembly
- Lubricate all applicable parts
- Check and adjust gas pressure
- Check reversing valve
- Inspect for cracked heat exchanger
- Monitor flue draft for safe operation
Residential Air Conditioning Systems:
- Wash condensor coils with cleaning solution
- Inspect evaporator coil
- Check and adjust refrigerant charge (additional costs for adding refrigerant
- Check for refrigerant leaks
- Examine high and low voltage wiring integrity
- Inspect and clean condensate lines
- Check starting contactor for wear
- Measure temperature drop across evaporator coils
- Lubricate all applicable parts
- Check and calibrate thermostat
- Test all wiring and connectors
- Test condensate drain and pump
- Inspect compressor contactors
- Inspect air cleaner
- Inspect belt and adjust tension
- Test motor
- Check filters and replace with statndard 1" air filter ( 5" air filters are at an additional charge )
Commercial Refrigeration & Restaurant Equipment:
- Heating and Air Conditioning Systems are similar to Residential Agreements
- Filters, belts and parts are at an additional charge
- Restaurant Equipment: Check and clean coils; Check walk-in coolers and walk-in freezers; Check reach-in coolers and reach-in freezers; Clean condensate drains; Can work on most conveyor ovens and commercial ovens; Check ice machines, etc.
